The specific scope of services is defined in the individual service agreement or proposal accepted by the client.

2. Service Level Agreement

We commit to: responding to all inquiries within 2 business hours during operating hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 CET); delivering campaign setup within the timeframe specified in the service agreement; providing weekly or monthly performance reports as agreed; and maintaining 99.5% uptime on managed campaign infrastructure.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in EUR and exclude applicable VAT (MwSt). Monthly service fees are invoiced on the 1st of each month and are due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 9 percentage points above the ECB base rate per §288 BGB.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client (landing pages, ad creatives, copywriting, analytics configurations) become the client's intellectual property. DigitalReachWorks retains the right to use anonymized case studies and aggregate performance data for marketing purposes unless the client explicitly objects in writing. Third-party tools, frameworks, and pre-existing code remain subject to their original licenses.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes campaign strategies, budget allocations, audience data, and internal business processes. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

6. Limitation of Liability

DigitalReachWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
